I had joined in an investment scheme in PACL India limited company vide registration no.U211071075 Date-28/02/2010. Its expiry date was 28-05-2016.Yearly premium deposited was RS.20,000.The maturity amount comes around RS.41,800(approx).After expiry of the scheme I had submitted all my original documents along agent.The company has not paid any amount to me so far though I visited them several times at agent office. NOW THE OFFICE IS NOT THERE and the shop owners residing nearby said that pacl office had closed and they have gone somewhere. PACL has not been communicating anything on the money invested. The agent keeps assuring us of getting back the money, but its more than 2 years since maturity. Can anyone explain when we can get it. SEBI has raised the objections to PACL, but they should own responsiiblity to communicate to PACL customers when such decisions are taken on investors money.

Hello, I am priya from pune... I have submit the policy on 2014..,they commited to give the refund on 2018.. But till now I haven't get any msg or call from they... They people are such doing rubbish thing.. Its all froud with uss...

हमने 2010 मे pearls मे पाच साल के लिए 10500 हर साल का insurance किया था। तो हमें 2015 में ब्याज सहीत कुछ 60से70हजार मिलने वाले थे लेकिन 2020 आगया अभी तक हमारी मुद्दल/50000 भी नहीं मिले।
